Are your products made in the USA?

All items we sell are designed, printed, packaged, and shipped right here in America. Most apparel products are made by our friends at Bella + Canvas, in which nearly all manufacturing happens within the United States. This USA Strong approach has created thousands of American jobs. Are your t-shirts unisex?

Yes! All of our t-shirts can be worn by men and women. Please refer to our size chart on the product page. If you are still unsure about sizing, we suggest ordering a size up.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. This is usually within 2–5 business days after placing your order. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam folder.

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 


97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.


Please note: 

  1. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 
  2. Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days. Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee. Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
How long does shipping take?

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
I accidentally ordered the wrong color/size. What should I do?

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for a product without any defects or due to a wrong size being ordered. Please refer to our size chart on the product page. If you are still unsure about sizing, we suggest ordering a size up. It is very important that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.


Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. This means that the item has an incorrect size label. If that’s the case, please reach out to us with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement, or issue a refund. Please refer to our return policy on how to initiate your return.

I ordered my usual size, but it doesn’t fit right. What should I do?

You may have received a mislabeled item. If that’s the case, please refer to our return policy on how to initiate your replacement. Be sure to mention that you have received a mislabeled item.

I accidentally provided an incorrect address. What should I do?

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. It is very important that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order. Please refer to our return policy on how to initiate an exchange.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please email us with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Please refer to our return policy on how to initiate your return.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for damaged/misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please refer to our return policy on how to initiate your return.

Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package
  3. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location. Reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
  4. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number. If you chose the Shipping Protection option at checkout, then we will reship the item at no cost to you. Please refer to our return policy on how to get your order reshipped.

What does Shipping Protection cover?

You can add Shipping Protection at checkout for any order. With Shipping Protection, you get a delivery guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.
